We are finally home, and WOW—what a week!
We thought 2025 was an incredible year for Oak Hill Training Facility, but 2026 absolutely blew it out of the water. We had the opportunity to work with an amazing group of kids who bought into what we were asking of them—both on and off the bike. They trusted the process, put in the work, and the results showed.
Now it’s time to take a little break, let everyone rest, spend some much-needed time with family, and reset before we start the grind all over again toward Ponca and Mini O’s.
There are so many people behind the scenes who make what we do possible.
First, I couldn’t do any of this without my wife. Being on the road as much as I am and spending countless hours preparing these kids to compete at this level means there isn’t always a lot of time left at home. She knows how much I love what I do, and her support allows me to keep doing it. I’m incredibly thankful for her.
To my partner, Kyle Cunningham—the yin to my yang. Our approaches may be different, but I truly believe that’s what makes us such a strong team. We complement each other in a way that allows us to give these riders a complete program and prepare them to compete at the highest level.
Kayla Lyons, thank you for everything you bring to our off-the-bike training. Anyone who knows me knows I’m a micromanager, especially when it comes to these kids, and trusting someone else with an important part of their development doesn’t come easily. Kayla stepped in, earned my trust and, more importantly, earned the trust of our riders. She has become an important part of this program.
And a HUGE thank you to Kati Chambers. Kati truly is the glue that helps hold this facility together and has played a huge role in the success of Oak Hill Training Facility. She’s like a second mom to these kids and is always there wherever she’s needed. She travels to the races, helps prepare team dinners, celebrates at every podium with a hat for our winners, and has an even bigger hug waiting for the kids whose day didn’t go the way they hoped. Those things matter, and we couldn’t imagine this program without her.
To our team sponsors, THANK YOU for believing in what we are building and supporting these riders throughout the year. We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to continuing these relationships next season: Matrix, Doji, Dunlop, Tamer, Dope Moto Parents, Flex Racing, 110 Racing, BH_25, and 1st Phorm.
And last, but certainly not least, thank you to our families. Thank you for trusting us with your kids, believing in our program, and allowing us to be a part of their journey. That trust means more to us than any trophy or result ever could.
2026 raised the bar for Oak Hill Training Facility, but we’re far from finished.
We’re proud of what these kids accomplished, proud of the people behind them, and already excited to see just how far we can take this in 2027.
For now, we rest. Then… back to work.
